Participants are kindly invited to arrange their stay themselves.
There are a number of options for accommodation in Florence depending on your preference and budget, ranging from 5-star hotels and villas to bed and breakfasts and apartments. Florence is a top tourist city all year long, early booking is highly recommended.
Please find below a list of hotels offering special prices to ISMEC 2018 participants. Other offers will be added when available. These hotels are located at short walking distance from the congress venue or in proximity of bus stops for connection to the city centre and the congress venue. A city tax (1.5-5 € per person per night, depending on the hotel category) will be applied.
As already said, these are the special offers we received for ISMEC 2018 participants. However, we cannot rule out the possibility that better offers for these hotels will be available depending on market trends. Please, check it before booking. We also encourage you to look for other accommodations, meeting your needs, through the usual booking tools.
A limited number of cheap accommodations will be available for students in the student dormitory RESIDENZA UNIVERSITARIA P. CALAMANDREI (see below). All rooms in the dormitory are for double occupancy.
